ONLINE REGISTRATION:

1. Fill out the required information; make sure you provide the correct details.
   • Select your preferred chapter from the drop-down list.
   • In case your area or the chapter you like is unavailable, choose "HEADQUARTERS" for your chapter.
   • Choose your area coordinator from the drop-down list (In case the chapter and coordinator in your area are unavailable and you are interested to become a coordinator, please email us at samahangmagdalo@gmail.com).
   • Upload your 1x1 photograph (Preferably close-up w/o sunglasses, cap, etc.). The uploaded photo is for your Identification Card; any application form without corresponding photograph will be rejected.
2. Once the necessary details are provided, an auto-generated email will be sent to you; this signifies your application was received. Should you have any query or comment please feel free to reply the received email.
3. For those who will email us and signify as coordinators, please include your personal details (Bio-data/Resume). You will be requested to wait for confirmation regarding your intention. (The general function of a coordinator is for initial recruitment of members and setting-up of Samahang Magdalo Local or International Chapters).
